Return to Vendor Management: When you need to return products directly to your vendor (supplier/manufacturer), we can manage that for you based on your specific returns protocols. The Returns Lab team will evaluate each return, compile them and return them to your vendors, as requested. If this is a normal course of action for your brand, this process becomes more automated. These industry leading methods can also apply to recalls, which helps you reduce waste and mitigate damage to your bottom line.
Return to DC (Distribution Center): Another scenario with product returns is once we have compiled a specific number of products in our returns process for your brand, we can re-ship the products directly to your distribution center or 3PL. We can also re-ship products back out through our fulfillment partner, Verde Fulfillment USA.
Re-Ship to Customers: The goal of all product returns is to turn around your products to 1st quality and sell them to consumers again to retain margins. At The Returns Lab, we have the ability to re-ship 1st or 2nd quality products back out to your customers or new customers on new shipments. Also known as “Back-to-Front Service,” we are capable of doing this in any quantity for you all day long.

From generating pick-up requests, return label generation, and receiving the products back at our facility, you are informed at each step.
