They click on the link to our embedded Customer Portal on your site, which is our Customer Portal made to look and feel like your brand.
The customer enters their information, what they want to return, the reason and can even attach an image of the product.
If the customer is pre-approved for free return shipping, they can print a label from their device or computer to ship their return back to us. If you don't offer free returns, they will be directed to a site to purchase and print a shipping label.
All shipment tracking is automatically uploaded to our site for monitoring.
The customer prints off the return info with barcode and puts it into the return. This also includes instructions on how to package their return to reduce waste.
The final step for the customer is that they drop off the package at a local postal center to be sent to The Returns Lab.
